is so stupid, it should be for each person in old age, not your helmet is unlawful ... if someone is from a car over 17 or not and if not wearing a helmet, it is rather taken! at least a helmet reduces the risk of serious injury ~! which is one of the worst in America that I heard, except that 9 / 10 children, I think we should kill the chicken in the egg ... disappointing
