I think it would be a good idea: It is very difficult to find affordable rent Holiday Special in Montreal (it's all hotels, motels or B & B) Price. If you do not load, it will do is super fast. Alternatively, a higher rent and more customers - however, provide may find that you need to choose, please make sure that the subletting was allowed. If it's your own house would have more freedom (but do not have all the apartments have either) sublet.

It is illegal to ask for security deposits on leases in Quebec - I am not sure, vacation rentals, but I'm 100% sure that it is not possible with normal cars. I'm sure many people (I know that all the houses) ask for a deposit, please check this first. They do not report those who breach the law.

) In addition to personal experience (the owner of a condominium in Ireland and a long-term lease, it becomes very difficult, long-range (not to mention where you are, I am assumtion, which also live in Montreal). You can trash the place, paid vacation, and not all types of damage if you get excited about (even though they are). Be prepared to accept that this could be a big problem, and may end up paying more in taxes and costs, which began in revenue.

Be very careful when we invest, and make sure it can, once you have him be. For all the basics!

Yes, I know someone who was looking for something like this and said it was hard to find, because if they rely on a leased site that are within a few seconds. not many people, but the demand is very strong, so I'm sure he will be successful with it, and can move at a good price.

Sounds like a brilliant idea for me and if you can afford it, why not?

Remember to ask for a deposit, just in case!

And when the apartment filled with furniture from IKEA, is a good idea, that's what I buy used for years!

Good luck!
